International Naat Council’s founder Pir Syed Mehboobul Hassan Gilani’s three-day Urs celebrations will start today (Friday).
International Naat Council’s Chairman Sahibzada Pir Syed Husnain Mehboob Gilani will preside over the urs celebrations.
The urs will start in Madina Park St 4, Jaranwala, where chadar poshi will be held after Asr prayers to be followed by Khatam-e-Pak. Mehfil-i-Samaa will be held after Isha prayers.
The urs celebrations will shift to Lahore on the second and third days. Quran khawani will be held after Asr prayers on second day (Saturday).
A Mehfil-i-Milad will be held on Sunday (26 January) after Isha prayers at Aiwan-e-Iqbal Complex, Edgerton Road, Lahore.
Prominent Naat Khwans including Shahbaz Qamar Afridi, Qari Shahid Mahmood, Shahzad Hanif Madni, Faisal Naqashbandi and Saghir Naqshbandi will participate.
Draws will be held for 11 Ummrah tickets, Ghalaf-e-Kaaba and dowry for five girls.
