KHAR: Former Senator and Provincial Ameer Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazal (JUI-F) Maulana Gul Naseeb said on Monday that the main reason behind the downward trajectory of the Muslim nations is their assets are mortgaged with World Bank and International Monetary Fund (IMF).
Addressing a workers meeting at a madrassah in Khar, agency headquarters of Bajaur Agency, the JUI-F provincial head said that Muslim countries had abundant natural resources yet the rulers serve United State’s interest. He appealed to the JUI-F workers and general public to make sure participation in theOctober 2, JUI-F mass gathering in Timergarah.
Among others the meeting was also attended by JUI-F Bajaur Agency Chief Maulana Abdul Rasheed, General Secretary Maulana Muhammad Laiq and Secretary Information Mujahid Khan. Maulana Gul Naseeb maintained that the US and its allies created the environment of chaos around the Muslim World to plunder the resources.
He reiterated that the assets of majority of the Muslim countries, including Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Egypt and United Arab Emirates were stashed at World Bank and IMF. He added that the Muslim World’s wealth benefited the US and its allies.
He said that JUI-F members in national and provincial assemblies had always opposed the bills contradictory to Sharia law. The JUI-F provincial chief appealed to the general public to gather at the party’s platform and become part of its mission.
